ACCENT® fees for each activity are all-inclusive and offset the administrative cost to manage the accreditation program. This includes:

  • collecting and reviewing the application
  • creating and managing the evaluation link, including technical support
  • maintaining records for 3 years
  • reporting to states and organizations that accept ACCENT credit, upon request

Once your activity has gone through the accreditation review process, you will receive an invoice according to the below fee schedule. This invoice must be paid before final approval.

First Application: Fee for the Activity Organizer's first application within the calendar year.


Subsequent Applications: Fee for each subsequent application from the Activity Organizer within the calendar year.


Late Fee: Additional fees will be required for any application submitted or completed within 30 calendar days of the activity’s start date. This applies to Activity Organizers that submit incomplete applications more than 30 calendar days prior to the activity's start date, are contacted to submit required information to complete the application, and do so within 30 calendar days of the activity’s start date.

Note: The ACCENT Review Board will not review and accredit activities whose application is submitted or completed within 10 business days of the activity’s start date.
