What Do You Get Access to as Registered Press?
As a media registrant, you will have access to AACC Annual Scientific Meeting symposia, plenary sessions, short courses, the exhibit hall, and the poster hall.
Brown bag sessions are closed to the press due to their small attendance size, but we will be happy to schedule interviews with brown bag speakers.
Photography and Videotaping
Registered media are allowed to take photos and video record in the exhibit hall, but only after receiving prior approval from the AACC Communications team and arranging for an AACC staff member to escort the photography or film crew. Registered media must also receive approval from the exhibitors whose booths they are photographing/videotaping.
Registered media may not take photos or videotape any AACC Annual Scientific Meeting sessions.
Requests to take photographs or videotape in other parts of the convention center outside the exhibit hall and sessions will be reviewed and approved by the AACC Communications team on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a photography/videotaping request and/or to arrange for an escort in the exhibit hall, please send the following information to AACC Communications Manager Christine DeLong:
- Purpose of the photography/video shoot
- Planned location of the shoot within the convention center
- Planned date and time of shoot
