Having just submitted my AACC Annual Meeting abstract for the meeting coming this July I found myself reviewing the abstract. While I thought that it read well it always pays to have a colleague or mentor review it. However, as I have found that is not always possible given the last minute nature of the data collection for this year’s abstract.

Thankfully I have been fortunate to have attended seminars given by Dr. Thomas Annesley that have focused on how to improve scientific writing. I have found that Dr. Annesley’s seminars have greatly shaped my abstract writing and thankfully he has shared some of his tips on the latest edition of the SYCL360 Podcast.
