Maíra Cristina Menezes Freire, MSc, PhD is a Scientific Manager of Personalized Medicine at the Hermes Pardini laboratory, Fleury Group (Brazil). Previously, she was technical supervisor in the Department of Molecular Genetics at Progenetica Laboratory, Pardini Institute (Brazil), where she also served as Senior Researcher at the Department of Research and Development.
Dra. Freire received her MSc and PhD in Genetics from the Federal University of Viçosa - UFV (Brazil). She has expertise in Molecular Diagnostic with special emphasis on oncogenetics and precision medicine.
