New Year’s Resolutions?

If the past few years have been any indicator, healthcare in 2016 will be fraught with change and will present plentiful opportunities for those innovating in the face of change. To start you on a road towards success in 2016, LabLeaders is hosting New Year’s Resolutions to Help Lab Leaders Improve Quality.

This webinar kicks off AACC’s 2016 Lab Leaders Webinar Series. Every other month, we'll present a webinar on a topic that provides clinical and strategic insights, support and solutions from the industry’s top innovators. We hope you continue to take advantage of this FREE webinar series.

Dr. Michael Astion, clinical pathologist and Medical Director of the Department of Laboratories at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Clinical Professor of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Washington, will discuss the following resolutions that matter to today’s lab leader:

Resolution 1: “I resolve to stop my organization from slowly drifting into an error-prone state."
Resolution 2: “I will institute a few low cost ways to improve my laboratory’s quality.”
Resolution 3: “I will understand how a strong technology-based intervention can reduce or eliminate error.”

Dr. Astion will also answer participant questions during a live Q&A at the end of the webinar.
