Adam McShane

Adam J. McShane, PhD

Dr. Adam J. McShane obtained a BS in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a PhD in biological chemistry from the University of Connecticut. His doctoral research focused on novel chemical tools and methods for quantitative proteomics. He joined Cleveland Clinic as a clinical biochemistry fellow, where his service partially involved the development and validation of clinical mass spectrometry assays. Adam is currently the medical director of the automated chemistry and acute care laboratories at Cleveland Clinic.
