Dr. Sutirtha Chakraborty is currently the Chief of Clinical Biochemistry and Consultant at Peerless Hospital & B K Roy Research Centre at Kolkata India. He is a medical graduate from Calcutta National Medical College and has completed his MD from Burdwan Medical College,India. His core responsibilities include providing clinic-pathologic correlations and diagnostic advice to clinicians for better patient management. Apart from his duties as a Consultant of Clinical Biochemistry,he is also involved in teaching DNB & MEM postgraduate students. His research interests include Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, diagnostic endocrinology, disorders of uric acid metabolism and electrolyte imbalance. Dr. Chakraborty is a member of the AACC since 2011 and was a recipient of International Travel Grant for AACC Annual Meeting 2012 at Los Angeles. William Winter, MD, DABCC, FACB

A native of San Francisco, Dr. Winter attended Santa Clara University as an undergraduate. After medical school at Loyola University in Chicago, Dr. Winter trained in pediatrics at the University of Kentucky. He then trained in pediatric endocrinology at the University of Florida under Arlan Rosenbloom and Noel Maclaren. Currently Dr. Winter is a professor of pathology and pediatrics at the University of Florida. His duties include serving as a clinical chemist for Shands Hospital and directing the 2nd year medical student pathology course. As an NIH-funded investigator, he is principle investigator for the Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet Islet Cell Autoantibody Core Laboratory.
