Dr. Steven Cotten is Assistant Professor in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is the Director of Automated Chemistry and Critical Care testing, and Co-Director of Clinical Chemistry in McLendon Laboratories at UNC Hospital. He received his BS in Biochemistry at North Carolina State University and his PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Dr. Cotten completed a fellowship in Clinical Chemistry in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UNC. He Is board certified in Clinical Chemistry by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry.
