Patricia M. (Patti) Jones PhD is currently the Clinical Director of the Chemistry and Metabolic Disease Laboratories at Children’s Health System, Dallas, TX, and Professor of Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She also works as a clinical consultant for the Dallas County Hospital, Parkland, and teaches residents and fellows about chemistry and metabolic disease testing. She is board certified by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry.
Patti has been a member of the AACC since 1986, and has served in many roles for the association, including as President in 2016, on the AACC Board of Directors, as Chair of the Pediatric and Maternal-Fetal Division, as Chair of the Texas Section and as secretary of the TDM/Toxicology Division. She currently serves on the Nominating Committee and as Chair of the Policy and External Affairs Core Committee (PEACC).
