Jing Cao, PhD, DABCCis an Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Director of mass spectrometry at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital and Director of Point-of-Care Testing at Children’s Health. She has been an active member of the AACC Lipoprotein and Vascular Disease Division and AACC Texas Section, contributing a number of peer-reviewed publications, practice guidelines and book chapters in the field of cardiovascular disease risk factor, lipoprotein laboratory tests, and newborn screen. Dr. Cao also leads translational studies on brain injury marker funded by the National Institute of Health.
