Applicants for Fellowship under (b) above must be approved by a 2/3 vote of the Board of Directors following a recommendation of the Membership and Governance Committee.

Fellows are eligible to hold elective office (Officers, Board of Directors, or Nominating Committee), to vote in all elections or on proposed bylaws amendments, and to serve on any committees.
