COVID-19 Health and Safety

The Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine’s (formerly AACC) priority is always the health and well-being of our community. We are therefore working closely with vendor partners and hotels to implement thorough, but adaptable, COVID-19 safety protocols. These protocols will meet or exceed all recommendations and safety procedures from Canada as well as industry standards. The Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) is fully committed to holding a healthy, safe, and successful in-person meeting at The DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal, September 21-23, 2022.

ADLM will continually update our plans and guidelines as new information becomes available and as environmental conditions change. We will routinely share all updates on evolving COVID-19 preparations as we actively work to plan for a healthy and productive event.

By attending the 28th ADLM International CPOCT Symposium you agree to abide by and engage in conduct that is beneficial to health and safety while attending the event.

  • ADLM will require all international attendees to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination AND booster.
  • Canadian attendees who are not vaccinated can opt to provide a negative PCR coronavirus test taken within 72 hours of the symposium.

All conference attendees are required to provide mandatory travel and public health information before and after your entry into Canada through the ArriveCan app.

You can read more about Canada’s travel requirements for COVID-19 here.

Masks are required for all attendees in the hotel meeting space.
