The Annual Meeting Organizing Committee (AMOC) for the 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting invites you to submit high quality, innovative proposals for scientific sessions at the meeting. We strongly encourage new learning formats that present the latest cutting edge science for laboratory professionals.
Important: Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education rules limit the eligibility of employees of commercial interests to serve as faculty for CME-accredited AACC Annual Scientific Meeting sessions. Employees of diagnostic laboratories, however, are eligible to submit proposals and to serve as moderators or speakers for scientific sessions.
Submissions on all aspects of laboratory medicine are welcome. The AMOC is particularly interested in submissions on these topics:
- Mass Spectrometry
- Microbiology/Infectious Diseases
- Point-of-care Testing
- Precision medicine and Oncology
- Utilization and Laboratory Management
Acceptance of proposals is at the discretion of the AMOC and will be based on relevance and quality. In the interests of providing a balanced educational program, the AMOC reserves the right to make modifications to any proposal, including speakers, content, and session format.
