Returns and Cancellations

General

  • Need to change or cancel an order placed within the last 24 hours?
    Contact Customer Service immediately or telephone at 1.800.892.1400 or 1.202.857.0717.
  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card.  Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • Checks and wire transfers will be refunded via check.  Allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Books

  • All orders are guaranteed. Within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item to the address below and we will issue a full refund, less shipping and handling.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip in your return package and a note of explanation to:

Downloads, Online Certificate Programs

  • There are no cancellations or refunds for downloads or online learning.

CDs, DVDs

  • Electronic media, such as CDs and DVDs, may not be returned unless they are defective.

Meeting/Webinar/Virtual Meeting Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made:
    • in writing to AACC Customer Service
    • by the deadline stated for the specific meeting, and
    • are subject to a processing fee.
