2022 Events

In July 2023, we changed our name from AACC (short for the American Association for Clinical Chemistry) to the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM). The following event description was written prior to this rebranding and contains mentions of the association’s old name.

November 30

Virtual half-day symposium: Spatial Molecular Profiling of the Cancer Tissue Microenvironment: A Revolution in Biomarker Diagnostics
12:30-5:30 pm Eastern US Time

The field of tissue spatial molecular profiling has reached a high level of sophistication, and offers a rich set of technologies, software, and protocols of interest to laboratory professionals. This collaborative half-day symposium, co-hosted by the AACC Tumor Markers and Cancer Diagnostics (TMCD) Division and the American Society for Intercellular Communication at George Mason University, will provide insight into the latest cancer biomarker discoveries using new tools and access to expert guidelines, standard protocols, and technology choices for their own specific intended uses.

This virtual symposium is free to attendees and has been submitted to AACC for approval of up to 4.5 ACCENT credits. Please register here: Virtual Symposium Registration
