• Searching GenBank
  Search GenBank, dbEST (expressed sequence tag database) dbSTS (sequence tagged site database), or dbGSS (genome survey sequences database).
• BioToolkit
  Jump station to Internet servers- 3 categories, Nucleic Acid Analysis, Genome Resourses, and Protein Structural Imaging and Analysis.
• BLAST
  Search the public databases for homology to any sequence using BLAST.
• ExPASY
  ExPASy (Expert Protein Analysis System) is the proteomics server of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) dedicated to the analysis of protein sequences and structures as well as 2-D PAGE

• Breast Cancer Information Core

• The National Tay-Sachs & Allied Diseases Association
  (NTSAD ) is dedicated to the treatment and prevention of Tay-Sachs and related diseases, and to provide information and support services to individuals and families affected by these diseases, as well as the public at large.
• CAP Sample Exchange Registry
  The CAP Sample Exchange Registry for Alternative Assessment is an Internet-based service designed to connect laboratories performing esoteric genetic testing where no formal proficiency testing is available.  When at least three laboratories are identified as testing for the same genetic disorder, the CAP will facilitate the sample exchange.
