Madeleen Bosma

Dr. Madeleen Bosma (Msc PhD) is a last (fourth) year resident in clinical chemistry at the St. Antonius Hospital in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands. She received her PhD in Human Biology at the University of Maastricht, followed by a 3-year postdoc in Cell and Molecular Biology at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. She has authored 22 papers and has won multiple awards for her research. Furthermore, she is active in several committees and is currently the chair of the residents in clinical chemistry in the Netherlands. Her primary research interests include improved utilization of clinical chemistry testing at the intensive care unit and endocrinology.
