Caroline Franks

Caroline FranksCaroline E. Franks, PhD, is currently a clinical chemistry fellow at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, training with Drs. Mitchell Scott, Ann Gronowski and Christopher Farnsworth.

In 2019, Caroline graduated with a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Virginia after completing her B.S. in chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. During her clinical chemistry fellowship, she has completed research in the fields of pediatrics, maternal-fetal medicine and healthcare equity. Upon completion, she will be joining the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the National Institutes of Health.
