The Association for Diagnostics & Clinical Chemistry (formerly AACC) publishes Laboratory Medicine Practice Guidelines (LMPGs) under the auspices of the Academy of Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (formerly the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry) in collaboration with leading clinical societies whenever possible and conforming to Institute of Medicine Standards.
