Clinical Chemistry is a peer-reviewed, monthly publication of original research, published by the American Association for Clinical Chemistry and is currently the most highly cited journal in the field of laboratory medicine and pathology. Clinical Chemistry has the highest Impact Factor among journals of clinical chemistry, clinical (or anatomic) pathology, analytical chemistry, and the subspecialties, such as transfusion medicine and clinical microbiology.

The Journal of Applied Laboratory Medicine is published online by AACC. This international, peer-reviewed publication showcases applied research on clinically relevant laboratory topics as well as commentary on the practice of clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine.
