Well, Its a tricky question and the answer from me remains tricky even.
If I am training some one that means i know all the procedure starting from handling pipettes etc and above all i know the interpretation part and theory too. So, I think i am competent enough to perform those tests. But, as i am not regular performer of the test I may do little mistake at some point so, practice part is missing.
