The Northeast Section of AACC would like to Thank:

  • Eugene J. Rogers, PhD, from University of Massachusetts Lowell for his kind donation of $500 towards the newly created Eugene J. Rogers Student Travel Award.
  • Alere for the generous donation of $1,200 to the Eugene J. Rogers Student Travel Award. This donation was facilitated by Kent Lewandrowski, MD, FCAP from Massachusetts General Hospital.

The Eugene J. Rogers Travel Award will be awarded to a student or professional under the age of 40 working in clinical laboratory medicine based on scientific findings presented at the Student Travel Award poster contest in the fall 2012. Award is to be used towards sponsorship of travel to the National 2013 AACC meeting.
