I am glad to be the member of American Association for Clinical Chemistry because of benefits to get to know a current state of a lab diagnostics in the USA, to compare it with our work, to study your experience and to discuss it with my lab colleagues.
Especially I was interested in the role of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and inflammation in the etiology of acute coronary syndromes (ACS). We work with the test kits for revealing the antibodies to MPO in diagnostics of vasculitis. Is the test kit for a detection of a value MPO itself available for lab practice?
I'll hope to read about the significance of MPO as the biomarker of cardiac pathology again.
