Patient Safety Takes Center Stage at 7th Annual CPOCT Forum
Snyder Forum Chair Ann Snyder writes about the 7th Annual CPOCT Forum at the AACC Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. A brief review of the five speakers and the topics they presented is included. The committee has already started working on plans for the 8th Annual Forum in Anaheim. >>
POC Specialist Certificate Program
The CPOCT division launched AACC’s first certificate program in the Fall of 2008. This article introduces the faculty members and discusses the course parts and benefits. It also tells readers how to enroll. The Fall 2009 program began on September 1, 2009, and those who wish to participate can do so now. >>
AfterGlow Attracts 100s of POCCs
Mixer After the CPOCT mixer, the tristate POC network, serving Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, hosted an afterglow party which had a wonderful turnout. POCCs and vendors enjoyed dinner, drinks, dancing, and networking.  >>
