AACC Hires Cunningham Associates as Lead Advertising Agency

WASHINGTON – AACC today announced that it has awarded its advertising business to Cunningham Associates, effective October 1.

For nearly 40 years, Cunningham Associates has represented high-quality medical journals on behalf of publishers and medical societies alike. Cunningham Associates is a full service firm working with print and digital advertising, reprints, supplements, and a range of other journal-related projects--including web-based marketing and other electronic formats.

With this appointment, Cunningham Associates will be primarily responsible for selling space in AACC’s Clinical Chemistry Journal -- the leading forum for peer-reviewed, original research on laboratory medicine -- as well as AACC’s Clinical Laboratory News, the authoritative source for timely analysis of issues and trends affecting clinical laboratorians.

“We are excited to embark upon this new partnership with Cunningham Associates,” said AACC CEO Janet Kreizman. “We believe that their expertise and experience in the medical field will grow AACC publication revenues for years to come.”

“AACC’s high-quality publications are known throughout the medical field,” said Cunningham Associates President Jim Cunningham.” “We are thrilled to begin our work with AACC to further increase the power and reach of these outstanding publishing assets,”
