Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AACC Customer Service by February 16, 2006 to qualify for a refund less a $35 processing fee. Cancellations received after February 16, 2006 will not be eligible for a refund; however, a substitute will be acceptable with a written notice.Written cancellations should be faxed to (202) 887-5093 or sent via email to custserv@aacc.org.
