Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AACC Customer Service no later than March 31, 2006. Written cancellations received by March 31, 2006 will result in a refund, less a $35 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 31, 2006 will not be eligible for a refund; however, a substitute will be acceptable with a written notice. Written cancellations should be faxed to (202) 887-5093 or sent via email.
