February 2012

Ongoing: We will be accepting Requests for Letters of Invitation via regular mail through June 1. Beginning June 2, all Requests must be made via expedited service at your expense. Click here for more information. Please contact us if you have any questions.

1st: Housing opens for non-members. Join AACC today.

Mid April: Conference registration and Expo registration begins.

Mid-May: Acceptance/Rejection letters for Poster Presentation Abstracts are distributed.

1st: Deadline for advanced registration at "Early Bird" rates.
