AACC would like to thank everyone who offered to volunteer for the 2011 Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia!

This is the final phase of the program. The volunteers have been selected and confirmed for this year’s Annual Meeting.  If you are a confirmed to volunteer you were sent an email on April 6th from the 2011 Volunteer Coordinator Bill McLellan.  The email gave your assignments and details about registering for the Annual Meeting. Please check your email in mid-June for the final email from Bill McLellan with your confirmed assignments and the daily briefing details. Please click on the button under “Additional Resources” on the volunteer page to receive details regarding your monitor responsibilities, Bag Stuffing, and distribution of the CLN Dailies. There is also no training session for the Poster Sessions but you must report to the Abstract Coordinator, Corinne Fantz in the poster area in Building B, Hall B3 of the Exhibit Hall, in the poster area of the Exhibit Hall 15 minutes before the start of the sessions.
