Mentoring and Developing a Mentoring Program

This new, original web cast has not been presented elsewhere and was developed by Peggy Mann for people in all areas of clinical chemistry interested in becoming a mentor, learning more about mentoring, or developing their own mentoring programs.


The Program

This lecture was developed as a resource for those interested in learning more about mentoring and mentoring programs. Whether you are looking to start a new mentoring program or strengthen a program you are already managing, Peggy Mann provides you with a number of resources and tips for being a good mentor and running a strong mentoring program.
