Memorial Fund

The VSF Memorial Fund was established in 1996 by the then-Van Slyke Society to provide a way for loved ones, colleagues, businesses and institutions to support the field of clinical laboratory science while honoring the memory of a family member, friend or colleague.

Donations to the Memorial Fund are acknowledged with a letter to the donor and letters to the family members of the deceased or others whom the donor designates. Those in whose name donations are given are included on the VSF donor list for that year. Click here to see the current donor list.

Your support of the Van Slyke Foundation qualifies as a charitable contribution. It is deductible for federal income tax purposes to the maximum extent provided by law.

Matching Gifts

Many corporations, hospitals and other employers will match gifts to non-profit organizations such as the Van Slyke Foundation. Please check with your employer to see if they will match your VSF gift.
