BodyText Thanks to ongoing generous gifts from Jerry and Sandy Gallwas, the Foundation has been able to award five-year AACC memberships to leading laboratorians from emerging areas worldwide. There are now more than 55 “VSF Membership Grant Recipients” in 25 countries, the majority in Africa and Asia with others located in Eastern and Central Europe, and Cuba. These grants share the outstanding science, education and networking afforded to the community of laboratorians who belong to AACC.
