Why Does AACC Require an Account/Profile?

  • Access to most of the AACC Online is unrestricted and does not require an Account/Profile. You may browse our products and services without creating an Account. However, in order to make a purchase and ensure that you receive the best possible price, you will need an Account/Profile.
  • Members of AACC receive discounts on many of our products and services. As a Member of AACC, an account/profile already exists. Members must use this existing account in order to receive the Member discount. Your account log in consists of your AACC Customer ID and the password you selected.
  • An account/profile allows Members access to many special Members-Only areas of the website.

Tips for Creating/Editing Your Profile

  • If you are a current AACC Member, you automatically have an online account. To ensure that you receive your Member discount, please do not create a new profile. If you are unable to log in, please contact Customer Service.
  • To create a new profile: Click on Create an Account. You will be asked to search for an account/profile that may already exist in the AACC database. In your profile, please fill in all requested fields as completely as possible. If you wish to ship a product you are purchasing online to a different address, you will have the opportunity to do so when checking out.
  • To edit your profile: Log in and click "Access your AACC.org," then update your profile.
  • Note: Making a change to your preferred address in your profile will affect the delivery of all of your regular AACC Customer mail and subscriptions, including your Clinical Chemistry Journal, if applicable. If you wish to ship a book or CD you are purchasing online to a different address, you will have the opportunity to do so when checking out. If you have any questions or concerns about delivery of your regular AACC mail, contact Customer Service.
  • First and Last Name: These fields are required. Please enter your given name in the First Name field and your surname or family name in the Last Name field.
  • Preferred Address: This is the address where AACC will send all of your regular mail and subscriptions, including your Clinical Chemistry Journal, if applicable. If you change your preferred address, please allow up to 4 weeks for the change to take effect.

What is the Status of My Order?

  • To view the status of an order, you must be logged in to the website.
  • Click on Access your AACC.org
  • Click on View Order History to see a list of all orders you have placed with AACC in the last 12 months. This list includes orders placed via the website and orders placed by other means, such as by fax or mail.
  • Click on the order ID to view the details of your order.
  • If an order you placed on the website remains in the status of Processing for more than 5 business days after you have placed the order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • If the status of your order is Back Order, we will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

I Need a Reciept

  • To print a reciept, you must be logged in to the website.
  • Click on Access your AACC.org
  • Click on View Order History to see a list of all orders you have placed with AACC in the last 12 months. This list includes orders placed via the website and orders placed by other means, such as by fax or mail.
  • Click on the order ID to view the details of your order.
  • Print the Order Confirmation page as a receipt.

I Didn't Receive All the Products I Ordered

  • One or more of your items may be on Back Order. Log in to the website, click on Access your AACC.org and view your Order History. If the status of your order is Back Order, we will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. You credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.
  • One or more of your items may have required a separate box due to the size and/or weight of the items purchased. Log in to the website, click on Access your AACC.org and view your Order History. If the status of your order is Processing or Completed, the remainder of your shipment should arrive shortly.
  • One or more of your items may be shipped from an alternate fulfillment center. Log in to the website, click on Access your AACC.org and view your Order History. If the status of your order is Processing or Completed, the remainder of your shipment should arrive shortly.
  • If your order is in the Processing or Completed status, and if you have not received all of the items within the expected time frame stated for your Shipping Method, please contact Customer Service.
  • Rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
