- Shipping and Handling fees are charged only for books, CDs included with a book or manual, and Annual Meeting DVDs. No Shipping and Handling fees will be charged for other DVDs, CDs, downloadable files, meetings or webinars.

Backordered Items
If a product is on back order, we will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

One or more of your items may require a separate box due to the size and/or weight of the items purchased.
One or more of your items may be shipped from an alternate fulfillment center.
If you have questions about the status of your shipment, log in to the website, click on Access your AACC.org and click View Order History. If your order is in the Processing or Completed status, and if you have not received all of the items within the expected time frame stated for your Shipping Method, please contact Customer Service. Rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
