- Products available will be shipped immediately. If a product is on Back Order, we will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.
- One or more of your items may require a separate box due to the size and/or weight of the items purchased.
- One or more of your items may be shipped from an alternate fulfillment center.
- If you have questions about the status of your shipment, log in to the website, click on AACC Store and click Order History. If your order is in the Processing or Completed status, and if you have not received all of the items within the expected time frame stated for your Shipping Method, please contact Customer Service.
