Thank you for enrolling in one or more of the AACC online certificate programs. After registering for this program, you should receive an email from AACC providing you with the web address for log in as well as your username and password. This email authenticates your account and is essential to the online coursework process. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service department by phone (800-892-1400) or by email (custserv@aacc.org) for assistance. They will be able to look at the status of your order, authenticate your account, and provide you with the information you need.
After logging into the AACC online learning platform, you will see the programs you have enrolled in. If you do not see these programs, please contact Betsy Garman, Publications and Distance Learning Specialist (bgarman@aacc.org). She will be able to assist you.
When you are ready to begin your coursework, click on the program you wish to start (in the right half of your screen) and then on the url in the my training queue (located in the left half of your screen). This will launch the program and you will be able to see all of the courses and course parts. These course parts will be PDFs or flash movies and will open in a new window separate from the list of courses and course parts.
