AACC is one of the world’s leading scientific organizations dedicated to improving healthcare through laboratory medicine.  While AACC programs are primarily for a professional audience, the association offers information for consumers as well.  AACC spearheaded development of Lab Tests Online, an award-winning, noncommercial patient site developed in collaboration with a host of other laboratory organizations.   This is an excellent site for information about specific lab tests and about testing for specific diseases and conditions.

We also provide information for students interested in clinical laboratory careers.

AACC welcomes tax-deductible contributions to its Van Slyke Foundation.  Funds contributed to the foundation are used to support grants, awards, and scholarships for deserving clinical laboratory scientists from around the world.  See the Van Slyke Foundation  section for information about this important program.
