MESSAGE FROM A 2008 SYCL TRAVEL GRANT RECIPIENT
S.Y.C.L. stands for the Society for Young Clinical Laboratorians , a special program to serve the needs of younger AACC members. We automatically enroll members under the age of 40 as well as those in training programs. There is no application or fee to join. In these pages, you will find information for those early in their careers including practical advice on such things as preparing for board exams, landing a new job, securing travel grants, and participating in special programs for younger members. You'll also find career advice from the popular Mentor of the Month.
