AACC represents the views of professional laboratory scientists and clinical laboratory leaders before Congress and the federal regulatory agencies on issues of importance to the field, including professional, scientific and reimbursement matters. In addition, the Association works closely with its industry and laboratory community partners to advance patient care and our common interests.
AACC also works to educate its members, the health care community, and the public-at-large about recent developments and advancements in laboratory medicine and laboratory medicine. The Association accomplishes this objective through a variety of means, including AACC publications, conferences, audioconferences, trade and general press and e-mail alerts.
