January 2008
23th	Hotel reservations for Attendees opens.


February 2008
Ongoing	We will be accepting Requests for Letters of Invitation via regular mail through June 1. Beginning June 2, all Requests must be made via expedited service at your expense. Click here for more information. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Week/ 14th	Acceptance/Rejection letters for Poster Presentation Abstracts are distributed.
