AACC and its Management Sciences Division were pleased to announce that Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics sponsored another class in the Fall of 2008. Twenty scholarships were available for AACC members to participate in a five-day Executive Management Program at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business in Notre Dame, IN.
This valuable course is designed to provide clinical laboratorians with a core base of key business skills including presentations on:
- Strategy Workshops
- Responsibility of Leadership
- Leadership Mindset in an Era of Hyperchange
- Marketing for a Competitive Advantage
- Financial Statements and Analysis
- Capital Budgets and Strategic Cost Management
- Managing Performance
Future applicants, please note that this program will be held on the Notre Dame campus in South Bend, IN. It is an intensive, five-day course of study, from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm most days, including evening sessions and group dinners. Click here to view the detailed curriculum.
